GraFic Studios offers graphic design and real estate photography services—including interior/exterior photography, aerial/photo/video tours, branding, logo and marketing material design, and virtual staging—to clients in Loveland, Fort Collins, Berthoud, Longmont, and surrounding Northern Colorado communities (GraFic Studios, Inc.).
3. Use of the Site
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, including uploading harmful or unlawful content, interfering with Site operations, or attempting unauthorized access.
4. Appointments & Service Delivery
- Services are provided according to mutually agreed-upon schedules and scopes.
- Additional charges may apply for changes in scope or rush requests, as agreed upon in writing.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees for services are outlined in written proposals or quotes.
- Payment is due as specified—typically upon delivery of final deliverables or according to your invoice terms.
- Late payments may incur interest as permitted by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- GraFic Studios retains all rights to creative works (designs, photos, branding assets) until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for intended purposes (e.g., marketing, listings), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- GraFic Studios may showcase your completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.
7. Revisions & Approval
- We provide a set number of revisions as outlined in our agreement.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- You’re responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables promptly. After final approval, further changes may cost extra.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling of photography or design services require 24 hour notice.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to a percentage of the scheduled service charge.
9. Limitation of Liability
- GraFic Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us for the affected service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is.” GraFic Studios disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Privacy & Cookies
- Use of cookies and data collection practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which governs how personal information is collected, used, and protected (GraFic Studios, Inc.).
12. SMS Opt-In Notifications
- By opting into SMS communication, you consent to receiving appointment notifications via text.
- We will never text you solicitations; texts are strictly for appointment reminders and related updates.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.
